Gluck has worked every side of workers' compensation: he began his career representing injured workers and spent two decades representing employers, municipalities, and insurance carriers (1999–2019). In 2012 he took over his current practice, handling both defense and applicant work. Since 2019 he has devoted his practice exclusively to injured workers.
