Sean Galindo

Twenty-seven years on the front line — now in your corner.

Before joining Gluck Law Group, Sean Galindo spent more than 27 years in public safety — including 17 years as an active law enforcement officer and service as a K-9 officer.

Sean knows what the job asks of first responders because he lived it: the shift work, the physical toll that builds year over year, the injuries that get worked through instead of reported, and the culture that makes asking for help feel like weakness. When officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel bring their claims to the firm, they talk to someone who has carried the same weight.

Sean also served as president of PORAC — the Peace Officers Research Association of California — giving him a statewide view of the issues peace officers face on and off duty.

That experience anchors the firm's first responder practice — including the special presumptions California law provides for public-safety workers — and it shapes how Sean guides every client through the process: directly, practically, and without judgment. And the firm's position is simple: we work for the officers, not the unions.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration.
