Antony E. Gluck has spent more than 30 years practicing workers' compensation law throughout Southern California — recovering tens of millions of dollars for his clients and taking dozens of cases to trial.

His career has covered every side of the system. He began as an applicant attorney, representing injured workers for four years. He then spent 1999 to 2012 almost entirely on the defense side, representing employers and insurance carriers. In 2012 he took over his current practice, handling both defense and applicant work — and since 2019, his practice has been devoted exclusively to injured workers.

Those defense years taught him exactly how insurers evaluate, contest, and price claims — which arguments they fear, which evidence they attack, and where they look for reasons to deny. Every case the firm builds is structured to withstand the scrutiny he once delivered from the other side. And because he has taken dozens of cases to trial, insurers know his files aren't bluffs.

Antony meets every client personally — at the office or over Zoom. Many injured workers never even talk to their attorney; his clients know theirs by name.
